I passed the motorcycle test!

I passed the motorcycle test! BUT....now I have to retake the test on my bike. YIKES! So, I decided to take the basic motorcycle class. Right now I have taken the written test and have received my temporary permit. To get my license I need do the driving test (on bike). I can do that with an officer or if you take the basic motorcycle class, and pass the test their...on their little bikes, then they will wave it and I can get my license. Well, it was that easy until this last July. There is a new law....if you are planning on riding a bike bigger than a 650cc, you have to re-do the test on your bike. Mine is a 750cc. So, I decided to take this class for many reasons. But, I really wanted to build my confidence on my bike. I had a cousin that died on a bike this year, right at the moment I bought my bike. It really scared me. Denny was a good teacher.....do not get me wrong. But he was more like "OK, so it is just like a four wheeler but on two wheels.....your doing great Babe!" When actually I was just scared to death. So, I decided to get a second teacher. This class was great! I learned so much. I left each class excited to go home and get my bike out (take her for a spin) I took a written test in the class too. I only missed 1 out of 50! I was excited. We did allot of riding on their bikes. They set up obstacles and taught us allot. When it came to the last day and we had to do the riding test.....I was so scared. I wanted to do this....be able to say I did it! Denny came to watch as we were getting ready to test. That made me feel good having him there. And.....I DID IT! I passed it! Now, I still have to go back with my bike. I am going to try to make it over their and practice before this weekend. But see, the things I did on their bike were allot easier on little tiny bikes. Now I have to do it on a bigger bike. Yikes!! I will keep you posted ...keep your fingers crossed that I pass (without tipping my bike and embarrassing myself). And talk about a procrastinator, (spelled that wrong I am sure) I have until next month and my temporary permit expires!!!!
